The ISO 9001 Group had a great time with our New Quality Manager Training Course attendees! Our 3-day New Quality Manager Training Course is designed to provide the new quality manager with the knowledge and skills required to maintain and continually improve their organization’s quality management system, based on standards such as, ISO 9001, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2 and others. The ISO 9001 Group’s New Quality Manager attendees had the opportunity to learn and practice key concepts, techniques and strategies utilized by experienced quality managers to implement their quality management systems.


The course covered such topics as:

  • Understanding the roles and responsibilities of quality managers and effective interaction with other departments/functions
  • Discussing the challenges for quality managers and solutions for overcoming them
  • Understanding the role of the quality management representative
  • Understanding the requirements of a quality management system (based on ISO 9001 requirements)
  • Learning approaches in effective analysis of data (trend analysis and root cause analysis, and examples of various approaches to the analysis of data for submission to the management review process)
  • and many more
