In this presentation, Oscar Combs, Senior Consultant of The ISO 9001 Group, shared his strategies on how he actively engaged decision makers throughout his career to achieve upward mobility. Oscar Combs started working at Nabors as a QHSE Coordinator in 1995. He worked his way up to Quality Supervisor by 2000 and Quality Manager by 2005. Mr.Combs was recruited by Fugro Consultants in 2009 to achieve ISO 9001 Certification for their 16 offices, which he accomplished in 12 months. He started his own consulting firm in 2010. Within 15 years, Oscar Combs went from Coordinator to Business Owner.
