Sales Representative

Overview

The Sales Representative must have a “hunter” mentality and will perform inside and outside sales activities with a focus on generating new opportunities, closing existing opportunities and continually growing sales to meet established sales targets. The Sales Representative is the first line of contact for potential customers and works to establish and maintain long-term business relationships with new and existing customers. This position requires strong interpersonal, creativity, writing, analytical, critical, reading comprehension, detail and proofreading skills.

 

• Meet established sales targets
• Establish sales plans to achieve sales performance targets
• Perform targeted prospecting (email, calls, social media, field visits)
• Utilizing social media to identify and communicate with prospects
• Record video to establish one-to-many communications with potential prospects
• Develop effective sales scripts for cold email and calls

Consultant and Auditor

Overview

Based upon The ISO 9001 Group principles, the consultant position works directly (onsite \ remotely) with clients to provide consultation, auditing and training for clients of various industries, organizational sizes and knowledge bases regarding the proper establishment, implementation and maintenance of the client’s management system. In addition to the client’s management system, the consultant may also assist the client in providing peripheral business process improvement, such as workflow, business process, alignment of resources, standard operating procedures, training and development, etc.

 

• Work directly with clients onsite at their facility or remotely
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Travel to clients’ facilities as required or needed
• Be or become knowledgeable on various management systems, such as ISO 9001, API Spec Q1\ Q2, ISO 17025, ISO 14001, AS9100, ISO 27001, ISO\TS 16949, ISO 22000, etc. and how to properly establish, implement and maintain them
• Design and develop base template documents for use on projects and ensure they meet the requirements of applicable management system standards
• Design and write client management system documentation, such as system manuals, policies, procedures, forms, etc. based upon The ISO 9001 Group requirements and applicable management system standards
• Design and develop training material for in-house, onsite and public training courses
• Serve as an instructor for in-house, onsite and public training courses
• Provide ongoing implementation support and training, either onsite or remotely to clients as they work to implement their management system properly
• Conduct first and second party audits on behalf of clients
• Write excellent audit reports
• Attend \ represent clients during certification audits

Experience

• At least 15 years of business operations and understanding of typical business functions and how they interact with each other.

• At least 15 years of management system experience in various industries, primarily oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive

• Operational knowledge of various industries such as, manufacturing, oil and gas, laboratory testing, aerospace, food and beverage, automotive, etc.

• Designing a management system from the ground up and instrumental in its implementation and certification.

• Proofreading and editing

• Coaching and training others on techniques, principles and strategies to implement management system requirements.

• Working with various nationalities and cultures

Trainer

Overview

Design and develop interactive course material, workbooks, learning aids for adult learners. Teach courses for adult learners that register for our public training courses or conduct training courses at clients’ sites. This position requires strong interpersonal, creativity, writing, analytical, critical, reading comprehension, detail and proofreading skills. Travel may be required.

• Compliance with ANSI/IACCET for the company’s IACET accreditation program for its training courses

Technical Writer

Overview

The Technical Writer position will perform creative and technical writing for the organization based upon various management system standards, such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other standards. This includes the writing of base design documents, manuals, procedures, form templates and training material, etc. The person fulfilling this role must be very high character, work ethic, trustworthy, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Training will be provided.

 

Base Documentation
• Development of internal company documentation to comply with requirements of various standards
• Internal standard operating procedures when needed
• Be or become knowledgeable on various management systems, such as ISO 9001, API Spec Q1\ Q2, ISO 17025, ISO 14001, AS9100, ISO 27001, ISO\TS 16949 and ISO 22000
• Assist with maintaining base template documents for use internally, client projects and audits, and ensure they meet the requirements of applicable management system standards
• Review revised standards and understand implications to base documents
• Update base documents when standards are revised

Project Documentation
• Customizing base designs for client management system documentation, such as system manuals, policies, procedures, forms, etc. based upon The ISO 9001 Group requirements and applicable management system standards
• Perform technical review and proofing of documentation, such as procedures and audit reports
• Conducting SME interviews with clients
• Flowcharting client’s as-is and future state flowcharts
• Writing SOPs for clients based upon flowcharts

Training Course Documentation
• Write training course material
